The Sonas kids were exposed to a dental checkup this week courtesy of Jess and Ebony from Aim Dental 4 Kids. The children learnt that the dentist is not a scary place to visit, it is quite fun.
You get to wear groovy glasses, lie back in a comfy chair that raises up and down, see an x-ray of your teeth and take home a dental care pack.
We learnt what foods are good for our teeth and what foods we need to try and avoid keeping our pearly whites bright and healthy.
