With lots of flowers left over from Mother’s Day, we were wondering what we could do with them.
This afternoon, the children helped set up a provocation table using flowers, pipettes, coloured water, and glitter! The children loved using their fingers to dissect the flowers picking off each petal.
The children enjoyed mixing the different colours together and identifying what colours they were making, utilising their fine motor skills to pinch the pipettes, picking up water colours and transferring it to a different bowl.
