Continuing with our emotions project, we experimented with listening to music while painting.

It wasn’t long and soon our bodies were swaying to the beat of the music, we were smiling, talking and laughing.

We were dancing and our brushes were trying to keep up with us and the beat of the music.

Painting to music allows children to interpret and process sensory information, allowing them to create their own impressions and learn more about their feelings.
