Children are inquisitive learners and though they may be small they are always intrigued when we talk about heroes. Children love heroes. A hero in their eyes could be you, it could be their brother, their grandparent, the dog, in children’s minds we are all heroes. Lately we have paid special attention to our service men and women with Anzac Day approaching.
We spoke of these heroes from our past and present for their sacrifices made, how proud we are of them and explained what Anzac Day represented and how we could show our respects to these brave heroes.
