What great fun we had melting the ice. Using our fine motor skills, we got to use different objects to melt and break the ice. If we picked the ice up it broke into many little pieces. We then got some paint brushes and paints and started our very own science experiments with paint and melting ice.
By adding paint to the ice, we then found we had some coloured water! What can we do with coloured water an educator asked? In excitement we decided to do some painting! Using the paint brushes and the melted ice we started to use our imagination and paint things on the footpath and chalk board.
