As part of our celebrations for Chinese New Year, Educator Tatiana shared some of her culture by assisting the children in Yee Sang, a tradition designed as a prosperity dish.
Yee Sang can be translated to “increase in abundance” a good luck wish from Tatiana to our children and their families.
