At Sonas we are strengthening our bonds with the community.
The children participated in a special intergenerational visit with elderly community members from a local aged care centre.
We welcomed our visitors from the local residential care home for a fortnightly visit to the centre and interact with our educators and children.
The children were excited to spend time with the elderly residents, engaging warmly in various activities and games together.
It was wonderful to see the children’s enthusiasm and the joy shared between the generations throughout the morning.
It is lovely to see the developing relationship between us and the residents remembering the children.
