The last couple of weeks we have been learning all about breathing techniques.  

Tabetha, who is our yoga instructor, has brought in an object to help the children to slow down their breathing. 

Deep breath in, deep breath out while holding onto two orange buttons and pulling it out to the time of our breaths. 

This is a good exercise to teach children as it shows how to control their breathing, gives them the ability to focus, and control their reactions to any situation.
