The singing bowl begins to chant, the children are mesmerised. The sound that lingers has them hypnotised.

I close my eyes and take a breath
And let the whole world disappear.
I take a break from all the buzz
And let mind clear all the fuzz.

In time my mind it quietens
And all my dreams come to mind.
I find my inner peace
And rest upon a cloud so fine.
