In observation of Weed Your Garden Day, the learning experience focused on sensory play on tactile and visual senses as the children were presented with different kinds of materials that mimic soil properties along with flowers, trees, wood chips, shovels, and construction vehicles.
The children then enacted their understanding of gardening and planting using the materials provided.
