To extend our jelly play, Miss Tori and Tootie made a fun jelly dig.
She used different amounts of gelatin in the containers to create three different firm jellies. We talked about the colours and what we could see in the jelly.
The children were so enthusiastic and excited about the jelly; they were already in there, finding the reptiles and bugs.
The children enjoyed pulling out the different bugs and reptiles and naming them. Once they had most of the items, they mixed the jelly together and created purple.
