On Wednesday Sunita came to visit us for our weekly yoga incursion.

We worked on some things we have learnt from the previous weeks as well as some new things. 

Some poses we have learnt recently are downward dog, cobra pose, butterfly, cat pose, child’s pose, mountain, and palm tree.

We read a book about rest, and we practised our calming bumble bee breaths. We then packed our yoga mats away and said namaste.
