We were lucky enough to be a part of the food nutritional session held by the ECU university where they educated us about nutritional values and healthy food choices.
They also demonstrated and cooked us 3 meals you could have at any time of the day.
We were very grateful for this opportunity and got lots of new knowledge out of it to share to families and the community.
