This week, educators and children have begun to focus on our first life rule: everyone has the right to feel safe.
We began the concept by talking about our signs for safe and unsafe so that children and educators could begin to use them each day.
Once the children had been able to differentiate between safe and unsafe, Miss Cherie then went on to teach them about the first life rule.
We focused on learning the sign language for the first life rule, and our young learners were able to quickly learn and copy the actions of Cherie.
