Today, the children were presented with an exciting opportunity to explore construction using recycled cardboard boxes in the outdoor yard.
Their curiosity was immediately sparked as they gathered around the materials, eager to build. The educator joined in, guiding them in the creation of a large tent using the cardboard and blankets.
The children collaborated closely, sharing ideas and working together to build their imaginative structure. Once their creation was complete, they were excited to relax inside the tent with blankets and dolls, enjoying a sense of accomplishment and comfort with their peers.
Evaluation of learning experience:
This experience provided a wonderful opportunity for the children to engage with recycled materials, stretch their imagination, and develop essential social, cognitive, and problem-solving skills.
