Sonas Brabham – Finger Painting

Objective: Adjust grasp and coordinate movement to use tools.

The children help pick a variety of paint colours for the finger-painting experience. We selected purple, green, and orange.

They used their fingers to get the paint and create their artwork. Some of the children made observations about what happened when the paint colours mixed and what colours they were creating when mixing the paint.

Analysis of Learning:

Children identified colours, showed hand preference, and answered simple questions.
