There’s something magical about watching children discover the world through play.
This week, our little explorer dove into a sensory experience that sparked imagination, fine motor growth, and thoughtful reflection: a mirrored sand tray adventure!
The setup was simple, but the possibilities were endless: a shallow tray filled with soft sand, laid gently over a mirror base. Around the tray, we offered natural tools, paintbrushes, leaves, and twigs, inviting children to manipulate the sand in new and creative ways.
The children loved exploring textures and reflections while building fine motor skills and expressing their creativity through playful, hands-on discovery.
