During the first week of the school holidays we hopped into the “BUTTERFLY BUS” and set off into our community to explore Robinson Park.
The park local to Gosnells is the topic of many conversations with our older children as they identify the various activities they do at Robinson Park with their families such as:
Picnic
Basketball
BBQ
Parties
Walk the dog
Play on the equipment
Meet our friends to play
How wonderful that our children are able to come and explore together, separating into small groups to each explore different sections of the park. The children were excited when some of our Sonas friends were at the park with their families and could play with us too.
We sat underneath a huge tree to eat our lunchboxes we each made to bring with us before going off on a scavenger hunt to identify INSECTS and finishing off with a group obstacle course.
