This week is National Science Week.
We’ve celebrated this in a big way at Sonas Huntingdale. We experimented with colours by dying our milk, explored light and transparency with torches, tissue paper and cellophane.
We made not one but three different volcanoes, each with its own unique chemical reaction and created an interest in physics through loose part play combined with weight and volume measurement.
There’s more to come with touchable bubbles and elephant toothpaste.
