The children in the Nest at Sonas Midland have been exploring the galaxy through reading a story all about space and a sensory tray with flour, food colouring, pictures of planets, and tissue paper.
The children enjoyed using their hands to explore the sensory tray while the educator talked about the colours and the names of the planets.
