Painting on our holography shower curtain to classical music.
Painting to a variety of music is something we often do in our art studio. To add a movement concept, children had the opportunity to paint to classical music onto a holographic shower curtain.
We listened to the music and talked about how it made us feel. Dancing and humming along to the different instruments. What a wonderful way to share creative expression and fun with our friends!
Once the paint dried, we experienced some great cause and effect. As we moved the curtain, the dry paint fell off. It was as if it were snowing; this added a wonderful spontaneous extension of fun.
