This week, our babies were exploring sensory play using a tactile water mat.
What an incredible way for our babies to explore their fine motor skills, senses, and cognitive thinking.
As soon as we introduced the sensory water mat to the kids, our babies walked, ran and crawled right over to it in interest. Our babies squished, poked and prodded the sensory mat while observing the water and sea creatures within slosh around.
This experience was a great concept to explore our senses in a tactile way while incorporating the learning of colours and sea creatures.
