This week, we celebrated Book Week with a series of themed sensory experiences and story readings!
Our adventures began with a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, where the children explored sensorial teacups, oats play, and playdough with nature’s loose parts.
We then dove into ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar,’ where the children enjoyed a post-it activity, feeding the caterpillar, and sensorial pasta play, using the colourful pasta they dyed earlier.
The fun continued with ‘Going on a Bear Hunt,’ complete with sensory jars for each sequence, followed by the whimsical story ‘Never Touching a Koala.’
We wrapped up the week with ‘The Three Little Pigs’ featuring a story basket and story spoons.
The children had a blast dressing up and participating in each unique experience, a week filled with fun and adventure!
