Today our little learners took their letter recognition outdoors — to the sand!
There’s something magical about combining learning with sensory play. As the children traced letters in the sand, they strengthened their fine motor skills, built confidence in their writing abilities, and most importantly — had so much fun!
Some children practiced writing the letters in their names, while others explored the alphabet, creating wiggly “S’s,” bumpy “B’s,” and even a few sandy “O’s” that turned into perfect circles!
This hands-on activity not only supports early literacy development but also encourages creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning.
