The children have worked tirelessly last week to create their very own Easter bonnet in preparation for the Grand Easter Bonnet Parade.
There were sequins,confetti,stickers,feathers,chickens,eggs,paint,paper,straws,not to mention glitter scattered from one end of the art studio to the other, but the children were so inspired. Each time they walked into the studio, they would think of something else to add.
We transformed the classic story We’re Going On a Bear Hunt to reflect to “We’re Going on an Egg Hunt.” The children went in search of eggs through rice fields, long wavy grass, squelching mud and vegetable gardens to discover their very own egg.
