At Sonas we do our very best to educate the children on the use of different medias and purposes for art, but also about the inspiration behind each artist. We are fortunate to have a gorgeous painting by Jean Prendergast in our foyer for all to see. As the children get to see this every day, we thought we would let them try and replicate their very own masterpiece from what they have seen. This started with acrylic paint, but soon water colors were added. There were some amazing pieces delivered.
