The world of Yoga is something that we have been exploring as we are trying to develop body awareness, learn breathing techniques for when we are feeling stressed or anxious, increase our confidence and learning to feel fit and healthy.
We had a great time exploring yoga, both indoors and outdoors. We went on a yoga trip with Moana called “Squishy Fish”-she had us in all crazy positions while telling us a story about a fish, a hot air balloon, sharks and treasure. What an adventure it was. We had such a wonderful time we wanted to do more.
