This morning we did some physical activity to exercise our body. Charina set up an activity wherein children will balance a ball on the spoon. First they will stay in place to practise balancing the ball on their spoons. Some of them after putting the ball on the spoon will immediately drop the ball.

Next, after practising and exercising their sense on balance, we will walked around the garden while balancing the ball on the spoon. The children were able to do 2-3 steps without dropping the ball.

Through this experience, children were able to develop and enhance their hand-eye coordination, balance and their ability to follow instructions.

It also enhances their focus and concentration skills!
