Our mini beast investigations are thriving!
This week we have found some sort of slugs and a worm in our water and mud pit. We talked about what these animals need to live, how they look and feel, what kind of home they would prefer and where we should place them to keep them safe. We learnt that worms have special bristles that help them wiggle and dig deep into the Earth.
And we were super lucky that one of our friends brought in 15 caterpillars for us to keep so we could watch them grow into either a moth or butterfly.
What a great journey we are on.
