What better way to keep cool during the summer heat than with a little water play?
Splashing in the tub, scooping and mixing the water was a lot of fun but before long the children added other items they could find around the yard, and it became a game of “What will sink and what will float?”
We could see that wood chips, silicone sand toys and flower petals were able to float to the top but sand, water jugs and balls sunk all the way to the bottom.
I wonder what else we could try?
