At Gosnells, we have been learning about the “Safe for Kids” principles, helping children understand how to stay safe and who can help in emergencies, from our communities.
To extend this, we followed the children’s interest of the Fire Brigade by creating this fun activity, where they used fine motor skills to “put out the fires.” Using tools like droppers and spray bottles, children practiced control and coordination while engaging in imaginative firefighter play.
This experience supported both safety awareness and fine motor development in an engaging and meaningful way.
