This week as we explore Halloween with the children, we use our senses to explore this Halloween themed tuff tray.
The senses that have enhance this play experience.
Sight – We noticed darker colours being used in this tuff tray and could discuss nighttime and shadows.
Sound – One of the children noticed spiders straight away and together we sung “Incy wincy spider”.
Smell – Using pumpkin to scent our pasta the children spent some time looking for the pumpkins.
Touch – Varying textiles within the tuff tray allowed for fine motor enhancement.
