This week our in our Schoolies program we got to visit Levi at Plus fitness Wattle Grove! We met Levi who is the PT and showed us some great exercises and games that we can do together to build our strength and teamwork skills!
We learnt how to do squats, burpees and bridges and also did tug of war and relays!
