Sonas Wattle Grove – Have you seen these flags before?

This week we have been looking into the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander flag.

First we decided to do our own interpretation of each flag using the same colours that we could see.

As the flag was placed in sight, we discussed what we could see.

“I see red”
“red is at the bottom, can you put your red at the bottom”

We will continue to have an open discussion and learn more together about the meaning of each of these flags.
