This week we sat down to build on our letter recognition, formation, pencil grip and recognition of dominant hand.
Using our whiteboards from the ARTS studio, we have placed them at our STEM tables for our peers to use.
Educator Tiana wrote the letter of their names on the whiteboard in capital and lower case for our peers to attempt to draw.
Following the guide given, our peers then took their whiteboard markers and attempted to draw their very own.
As we have some friends getting ready to head off to school in the following year, this experience is to assist the children in recognising the beginning letter of their name and being able to write it.
