With a completed Reconciliation Action Plan to guide us, the children together with their educators spent the week learning about our first nations peoples through stories, technology screenings, art depictions and reflection conversations.

Below is our commitment to Reconciliation – Our Acknowledgement to Country.

We wish to acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land the Wadjuk Peoples of the Noongar Nations and their elders past, present and emerging for the land in which we teach and learn.

We wish to acknowledge the history of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and the steps they have taken and continue to take for Reconciliation.

We respect and acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples their knowledge, their skills and we respect and value their diversities.

Our vision for Reconciliation is to bridge the gap working alongside the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to enhance and strengthen our relationships for our future generations.
