This week we loaded up the butterfly bus with pots, flowers and helpers to head over to the SCR Community Garden to check on our plot and add some flowers to our garden.
Breaking off into groups we first had to ensure our plot and the other plots at the garden had enough water so taking turns we began to water the plants, while some of us gathered in small groups to paint our terracotta pots and weed the garden beds.
Finally we planted in our planting boxes plants that will draw in bees and other bugs to ensure the success of our garden.
