This week our children began to immerse themselves in Chinese New Year “The Year of the Tiger”.
One of our families brought in some Chinese lanterns to help decorate the room and to provide provocations for the children.
The educators spoke to the children about it being the year of the tiger and then they all wanted to be tigers.
Educators and children then gathered items to make their own masks. The children allowed their creativity to flow as they all made unique Tiger Masks.
