Using the flowers donated to us from the local IGA and blooms here at Atwell, as well as oats, sand and water, the children had spent hours exploring this outdoor sensory tray in the sandpit.
The children worked collaboratively to fill buckets of water, and add their oats and flower petal mixture to their tub. The children used hands and feet to explore the mixture, discussing how it felt and what it smelt like together.
