Sonas Baldivis North – Kids In The Kitchen, Strawberry Shortcakes! 

This morning we helped cut up some strawberries for the shortcakes.

We then measured out and poured the dry ingredients into a bowl. We mixed the flour using a fork, like the method said on the recipe. We then used our fingers to rub the butter into the dry mix, before adding some cream.

They tasted so delicious!
