Sonas Baldivis South – Foot Prints and Hand Prints! 

This morning, our friends participated in a painting activity. They got the choice to paint their feet or hands.

At the beginning, before we started our painting, Miss Courtney gathered our friends on the grass and informed them the process of the painting.

Step 1: We take all our shoes and socks off.

Step 2: Miss Courtney will write your name on a piece of paper to know who’s art work belongs to who.

Step 3: You can choose to paint your hands or feet; you can also mix the colours or use the colours by themselves.

Step 4: Once you have painted the paper, there will be a tray with water and some cloths so you can wash your hands and feet.

As our friends took turns they helped each other to create their paintings.

All children showed a demonstration on colour understanding and got to experience the textures of the paint on their hands and feet.
