Art is a very important part of child development. Art allows children the choice of materials it allows them to problem solve and help with understanding their emotions. Did you know that Art stimulates both sides of the brain and allows for capacity building of our memory.
Art introduces a wide range of vocabulary to children with colours, shapes along with learning about science and maths. Art involves the five senses of our body from feeling different textures to listening to a variety of music to looking and investigating what we are doing, to tasting of things we use in cooking when role playing and smelling.
