The children at Sonas Bayswater have been experimenting with containers and lids. The children explored taking the lids on and off, they also found items inside. When the children found the items, they picked them up observed it then put the object back into the container. The children enjoyed taking the lids off then exploring how to put them back on again.
Objectives: encouraging the development of skills such as problem solving, inquiry and experimentation, children manipulate objects and experiment with cause and effect, trial and error, and motion, further developing fine motor skills and gross motor skills.
