Sonas Bayswater – Do Our Boats Sink Or Float?

We have been learning all about the ocean, not only have we been looking at Sea Creatures, we have also been looking at what floats on top… Boats ….
We made our own boats out of cups, straws and collage materials until they were perfect. Now all we had to do was test them out to see if they would float!! We worked together to get them down the water tunnel into the tray.
And of course, they all Floated!!!

After our great success, we decided to jump about in the water and use our boats for some pouring and tipping.
