The children at Sonas Bayswater have been exploring our worm farm.

As a group the children have been discussing what the worms need to stay alive. Using the banana peels from morning tea the children took turns using tongs to place banana peels into the worm farm. The children took the worms out to have a look at them then put them back into the worm farm.

Objectives: Embedding turn taking and practice patients, exploring relationships with other living and non-living things and observe, notice and respond to change.
