We were lucky enough to have Patti the Pig and the lovely farmer come to Sonas Bayswater to teach the children all about the three different kinds of bins we use at home or in the community and what we put in each bin.
Some activities the children engaged in were:
Naming the three bins (Rosie, Garry and Yomley).
Choosing different materials from buckets and the table and choosing what bin they belong too.
Singing and dancing along and learning to new songs.
Learning outcomes:
Learning Outcome 2: Children become socially responsible and show respect for the environment.
