Today, the children of Sonas Bayswater planted flowers!

They began by filling the planter boxes with soil and using their hands to flatten them down. Once satisfied with the condition of the soil in the box, the children began to make holes in the soil with bamboo from the garden and placed the seeds in them one by one, then covered them over.

Once all the seeds were planted, the children gathered buckets to fill with water and nourish the seeds to ensure they thrived.

The children were great helpers and were enthusiastic about learning how to establish our garden and gain the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to care for the environment
