Get up! Stand up! Show up!
This week we have been focusing on celebrating NADIOC Week.
In our Family room we did some exciting Kids in the Kitchen. We focused on the Aboriginal flag and further learned about what each colour represents through a cooking experience.
As we were icing the cookies, we were able to identify each of the colours such as Black symbolises the Aboriginal people, Yellow symbolises the sun and the Red symbolises the land.
Look how yummy these cookies turned out! We enjoyed taking them home as a treat. 😋
