This morning, we set up a sensory tray activity to enhance fine motor skills and colour recognition.

Using tongs, scooping cups, and their hands, children explored primary colours (red, blue, yellow, and green) and little bears, practicing scooping and exploring textures.

Benefits of Sensory Play:

  • Ignites imagination and curiosity.
  • Promotes cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
  • Provides a safe space for exploring new textures, smells, and sounds.

Sensory play is a powerful tool for learning, offering hands-on experiences that expand children’s understanding of the world!
