The children at Sonas Midland have been engaging in water play.
Before we got the sprinkler out of the shed we discussed what we need to wear when in the sun. The children yelled a “hat” and made sure all the children had their hats on. Then we talked about what else we need and the children said sunscreen. Once we all had our hats and sunscreen on the children helped the educator set up the sprinkle.
The children enjoyed running in and out the sprinkle and found different sized containers to fill up with water.
